About Brad & Brandy Forrest

Meet Brad Forrest: Brad's journey from Centralia, MO to the MS Gulf Coast is a story of ambition, hard work, and perseverance. For over two decades, he owned and operated a successful Chevrolet dealership in his hometown, building a loyal customer base and earning a reputation for excellence in the industry. In 2022, he and his wife Brandy of 18 years made the decision to move to the MS Gulf Coast. Spending their free time exploring the area's natural beauty, from the white sandy beaches to the lush green forests, and soaking up the unique culture and history of the region.  


Despite the challenges of starting a new career in a new place, Brad's experience in sales and customer service proved invaluable in his new career. 


Brad loves what the coastal community and the surrounding area has to offer, and is excited to share this adventure with you.




Meet Brandy Forrest: Twenty-twenty two was a year of change and growth for Brandy and Brad Forrest. When the opportunity to relocate arose, there was no hesitation to where they were headed.  The Mississippi Gulf coast, not only a beautiful and vibrant region, is where Brandy grew-up.  So after 20 years of living in the Midwest, the Forrests have returned home and embraced the beautiful beaches, flavor enriched food, and southern hospitality.  You can find these two taking advantage of year around warm weather (at least compared to Missouri) cruising the back bay/gulf waters or hopping in the car on a short drive to New Orleans.  There is no shortage of music festivals and parades that these two love to enjoy. 


Brandy joins the Coastal Realty Group with a medical and sales background.  Brandy said,”the skill set I have learned as nurse, translates seamlessly into my Real Estate career.  Being a great listener, and understanding trust is the key component to building relationships, no matter the scenario”.


The Forrests believe it is important for them to have a deep understanding of the local market and to be able to provide clients with valuable insights and information about the different neighborhoods, schools, amenities, and attractions in the area.
